Battlefield Trips
I have made numerous personal trips to battlefields in France, Belgium and Turkey since 2002, as well as organising and leading coach trips to the First World War sites on The Western Front since 2004. My next trip is to the Menin Gate in Ypres on Remembrance Day this year, whilst a four day trip to the Somme battlefield is planned for the late May Bank Holiday in 2011.
