- A football talk on Wednesday, 15th June at 7.30 p.m. entitled ‘Blackburn Rovers in the Bryan Douglas era’.
- Tuesday, 25th August – WW1 day (starting at 11.00 a.m.) entitled ‘Battlefields & Poppyfields’.
- Lancashire Day on Sunday, 27th November starting at 7.30 p.m. is a WW1 talk entitled ‘They win or die who wear the rose of Lancaster’.
